General Guidelines

• You may be the presenting author of any number of abstracts.
• All accepted submissions will either be presented as posters or as oral presentations.
• All abstracts have to be submitted in English.
• There is no fee for abstract submission but presenting authors must be registered participants of the conference.
• Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
• Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
• Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received confirmation that you're abstract has been received.
• All submitted abstracts will be forwarded to the Committee for review. Notifications regarding status will be sent once the review process is complete. The Scientific Committee will make every effort to provide notifications within two months of the abstract submission deadline.
• Poster presentation has to be both e-poster & physical poster.
• E-poster: 8 PPT slides
• Physical poster size: 3feet x 4feet
• Award to poster will be considered only for those who have put up physical poster, and are members of ISCKRS.

Guidelines for submission

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:
Presenting author's contact details:  

• Email address
• Full postal address
• Daytime and evening phone number

Presentation type – please choose from one of the following:

• Oral presentation
• Poster presentation

Author and co-authors' details: (maximum of 10 authors)

• Full first and family name(s)
• Affiliation details: department, institution / hospital, city, state (if relevant), country

       Disclosure of conflicts of interest

• During the abstract submission procedure, you will be asked to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Abstract title - limited to 150 characters.
Abstract text – limited to 250 words (Please Note: Word count is affected when graphs/tables/images are added)
Abstract topic – abstracts must be allocated to a specific topic for the Scientific Program.
Draft abstracts – The submission form at the link above does not allow you to store your abstract as a draft. Please click on the SUBMIT button at the end of the process in order to save your abstract. You may log in to the system later to make changes to your abstract up to the submission deadline on June 30, 2018. Following the deadline, changes won't be possible.

By submitting an abstract you agree to the following terms:
I confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct.
I herewith confirm that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
