This is for the information of all the members of the Indian Society of Cornea and Keratorefractive Surgeons (ISCKRS) that at the meeting of the Governing Council of ISCKRS held on the 15th of May 2018 at the India Habitat Centre, a joint suggestion received from the Hony Life President Prof. Madan Mohan and the Past President Dr. G. Mukherjee, pertaining to the continuation of the current Executive was discussed. In their view, it was felt that the Society had just started to grow and gain acceptance amongst the ophthalmologists all over India. Their opinion was that in order to continue the good work, very essential for the growth of the Society and also to not dilute the momentum of the activities done over the last few years, the current team of Executive members be recommended to continue for another term.

After discussing the merits of the proposal, it was unanimously resolved to request the current Executive members of ISCKRS to continue for another term of three years. Hence, it was also decided that no elections be conducted this year.
